At Maizah by Hands of Gold, every creation carries the touch of a karigar’s hands of gold, the patience of hours, and the spirit of tradition. Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves us, ensuring that what reaches you is not just an accessory, but a fragment of timeless artistry.

While we hope you hold on to it as part of your story, returns and exchanges are considered only under the conditions below and are extended in the form of a credit note.

Damaged Goods

If your piece arrives damaged, please let us know within 5 working days of receiving it. Once verified, we will issue a full credit note.
Do remember, subtle variations in weave, colour, or handwork are not flaws but reminders that no two Maizah creations are ever the same.

Incorrect Orders

Should you receive a piece other than what you ordered, kindly share your order details with us. Once the incorrect item is returned in its original state and packaging, we will send you the correct creation without delay.

Terms of Return & Exchange

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all labels, tags, receipts, and original packaging intact.
• Returns are accepted only against a credit note. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• The cost of return shipping rests with the client, and the piece remains your responsibility until it safely reaches us. We recommend using an insured courier.
• Credit notes will be issued to the billing address provided and may be redeemed for future purchases.
• We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the piece is not returned in its original condition.
